New Jersey man found dead in icy pool near Marsha Brown’s

On Jan. 22 a man was found dead in an icy pool between the Mansion Inn and Marsha Brown's.  
     A construction worker working near the premise reportedly found the body at 2 p.m. The Bucks County coroner’s office was assisted by The Eagle Fire Company to help cut the body from the icy pool.  New Hope police and Bucks County detectives identified the man as Jose Quiroz Marcial of Lambertville, NJ.
      The New Hope Free Press reported that he had been missing since  December 18. According New Hope Free press, friends said they were worried that he had been detained by U.S. immigration and Customs enforcement.
     The pool where his body was found has not been used for several years and was guarded by high wooden fences. Investigators are still trying to find out why the man was in the pool and how he climbed over the fence.
     The Bucks County coroner's office thinks he might have been intoxicated.  Toxicology results are still pending according to district attorney James O’ Malley.
     The autopsy revealed that Marcial died because of an accidental drowning and hypothermia. The Bucks County District Attorney's office and coroner’s office ruled his death accidental. Marcial was an employee at the Lambertville Station Inn. He had worked his way from dishwasher to a sauté cook at the popular restaurant.
